I want a wii game with exercise that’s pretty easy but I can break a sweat. The wii sports boxing and the mario sonic olympics were really good at getting the job done but I want some more. And no I do not want to hear about wii fitness.

Is my fitness coach for wii just for women?
I was wondering if my fitness coach for the wii is just geared towards women? From the videos I have seen it just shows a female instructor and never mentions if they have a section of workouts for men. I own wii fit and want to get another work out game and this game has gotten solid reviews I just want to make sure they have work out programs for men.

It looks like it is for everyone- not just women. It has strength training exercises- which men love, so I wouldn’t worry about it being a female trainer. ( I’m female and I use the guy trainer on Wii fit ) I would get it and zantac for sale have fun. Why worry? you get to do it in your own private living room! Now get out there and exercise!

Help me lose weight fast and easy please!?
im 13, 5’5, and 140 pounds. am i overweight? i want to weigh 100 pounds. i play 2 sports taekwondo/softball. i have wii fit and jillian Michael’s fitness ultimatum 2009. i use them everyday plus crunches everyday. also i try to do little workouts to. i have the nerf basketball hoop i play with outside all the time. oh and by the way i try to eat about 1,500 calories daily. please help me lose all the weight asap. i would like a flat stomach or little fat b4 school starts sept. 3. THANKS :]
since you do so much excersize, most of it is probably just from muscle, muscle weighs more than fat!
one thing i did at the begining of the summer, i just ate less, and keep track of your calories
i lost like 10 lbs in 2 weeks.
i only ate about 800 calories but then i never excersized
so even if you keep track and eat 1,500 calories, with all the excersize you do, it will even out.
i know that seems like wow! not much food! lol
but after you do it for a few days, your stomach shrinks and you actually become less hungry so you don’t even want to eat more than that! lol

what gives you better results wii fit or my fitness coach?
i’ve tried wii fit and i own my fitness coach and i was just wondering if anyone has used them long term and which they found worked better.
personally i think my fitness coach is better cause it offers different variety and focuses on more than one aspect of fitness.
What do you think?
I absoultely love My Fitness Coach! That is the only exercise that I;ve been doing for the past month (no walking around the block, no treadmill, no gym) and I’ve already lost 5 lbs! It’s like having your own personal trainer. People are starting to notice my results and I am loving it. I can imagine what people will say once I’m down 20 lbs!
