My Fitness Coach.
Its better but I’ll tell you its likea virtual Workout Dvd.
All you do is copy the girl for your workouts.
But she does desgin a workout plan according to you and asks you periodically throughout the game is it too hard and she will adjust the workouts.
So wile it is like a workout Dvd, it provides great workout activity.
You should also have alot of space and Weights would be very helpful.

yes i have all three of the wii fitness games and they do definately help you lose weight or they did for me. Not Really.
Some very inactive people (office workers without active hobbies) can benefit from the kind of movement that some Wii games encourage.
But getting these people to play Wii games is difficult; the aciphex generic approval device isn’t normally a part of their lifestyle, and habitual patterns of activity are difficult to change.
Most people who own a Wii will already be pretty active, and if they need to do more, or (more commonly) need to do a wider range of activities, then the Wii isn’t likely to help. The amount and type of movement that a Wii Fit game requires, cannot seriously affect body shape, although you can improve your fitness by playing some of the REAL versions of Wii games.
For example, in ten-pin bowling you will be running with (and throwing) a pretty heavy weight. That’s way better for you than simulating the action with a Wii Wand in your hand.
Instead of pretending to play active games by using a Wii console, why not try really learning to use a skateboard, or taking up Parkour (‘freerunning’). Martial Arts can also be good fun, very sociable, and increase your confidence as well as improving your figure.

Which game do you reccoment?
I am debating between 2 workout games for the Wii… I am either going to get My Fitness Coach, or the Golds Gym Cardio workout… Fitness coach has more and better reviews, but has also been out much longer.. Which would you suggest?
I’d rent them both before buying one, just to be safe. I wasn’t all that impressed with the Wii Fit, so I’m not sure how much the third party games have to offer.
