Any Exercise and eating tips to keep up with my fitness plans?

I can no longer use the gym I used to use. As I went 3 times a week and now might not b able to manage once a week this is a great reduction in my exercise hours.

I’m wondering if there are any other exercises I can do that will both maintain my current muscle mass and help increase it.
Any links to websites would be appreciated.

What is a good 90 day workout plan that is free?

I am interested in joining the city police force and the testing is in 90 days. I need a good workout plan to get me in shape and ready for the testing but I don’t want to pay for one. Instead of spinning my wheels, does anybody know of a good workout plan which details what to do that actually works?!? I haven’t worked out in years so I will need something that starts off a little more basic. We have a fitness room in our office building which I can get to once a day. I am not overweight, I just don’t have the stamina to run for miles right now.

where do you start when you are a beginner pole dancer how do you build your upper body strength.?

okay i started a pole dancing class and had to stopuntil september because of my surgery but i’m healed and can’t wait any longer so i bought me a pole until my class starts back i look for basic turns and i’m learning new moves and climbs by play and research but since i had 4 babies i have little upper body strength and it requires a lot of upper body strenght i’m not overly wieght since i’ve been trying to get close to my goals i’ve lost 20 pounds and i have a few more to achive but i really need any help for pole, dancing,fitness, or body toneing thank you.

okaay, so the high school im going to be going to has
THE BEST tennis team,, ever. their varsity playerss have to
be in national rankings and yeah. okay so, ive been playing for
about three years and my groundstrokes are there and my strokes
are pretty good. the only problem is,, i suck at games, and my serves.. are almost beginner level. ive had numerous coaches and they just worked on my groundstrokes, not much on my serve, so im pretty much re-learning my serve from my coach right now. Tryouts are in august, and im hoping to get into jv at least. okay so, any tips will be great, including helping my fitness. okay, thanks guyss(:

run alot and practice for a minimum of 2 hours a day. keep working on ground strokes and serves AND VOLLEYS. volleys are important too cus if your really good with those they may reccommend you for doubles. try playing matches with other people, join USTA and enter tournaments. start with satellite or novice and if you do really well (or feel confident) try playing some opens. Just work hard and believe in yourself.

I’ve got a great secret to share with you. I call it “The Leapfrog Effect”. And here it is: Once you have a great woman in your life, your focus and execution when it comes to what represents your MAJOR LIFE PURPOSE will EXPONENTIALLY INCREASE. So actually, your life purpose doesn’t really happen independently from having a woman in your life, but in fact is AMPLIFIED by her presence. How’s that for a mind blower?

Here’s what I mean. After my divorce in 2002, I turned my attention to getting better with women. But the REST of my life was a MESS. I won’t lie to you. My physical fitness suffered, my relationships with friends suffered, even my career suffered. But I accomplished the goal of getting a great woman in my life, dating lots of women and continuously “raising the bar”…right up until I met Emily.

But once I selected my “100 out of 100″, THAT’S when I entered the latest (and current) stage of my life. Today I wake up in the morning changing more lives for the better than I ever have. My work is more fulfilling, and my sense of meaning clearer than ever also.

You see, when you recognize that it’s time to get your level of success and confidence with women where it needs to be, it’s REALLY easy to think that the be all/end all is having a great woman-especially having read some of the sales pitches out there. I mean, some of them would have you think that getting ANY woman would be the “be all/end all”.

But here’s the reality: Once she’s THERE, you then move on to GREATER accomplishments with her as your cheerleader. So it’s like WHAM…as if you’ve barely had time to bask in the glory of getting a great woman in your life, when you realize that the true gift goes WAY, WAY beyond that.
