fitness and supplements?
Does anyone have any advice on fitness supplements for playing football. I have a training program set up for me to build strength, speed and agility and I was advised to take protein and creatine. However I am skeptical about supplements and I don’t want to get much heavier and stay lean. As a wide receiver I don’t really want to get above my current weight of 205 pounds. Any advice would be great.
