What do i need to do to become a personal fitness trainer?

i want to be a personal fitness trainer and i am curently studying p.e for gcse and am predicted an A. hopefully i will go to collage to study a levels: P.E and human biology and another one maybe art, my dream is to go to loughborough university and study, what kind of grades do i need to get from a levels to study there, will i need a foundation course or something extra to get in? thanks

I am currently diagnosed with asperger syndrome. My fine motor skills and oragization skills are not quite as good as they should be.

What are some learning tips for me, I am home schooled and mainly look information up on the computer and read library books. I’m in 8th grade and I want to be prepared for a very hard online high school curriculum (keystonenationalhighschool).

Bored, Feeling Generous?

I’m trying to Graduate in time. i’m currently on independant studies, & I have school tomorrow morning. I need/have to write a 4, 5 paragraph essays that summerize’s a sports/health or fitness article from a website or newspaper I also need the the link from the source. I’m not going to lie, i’m pretty lazy but I am doing Econ. . . And I absolutely hate writing & reading, I’m dyslexic. :| So those who are feeling generous on this sunday night, would anyone care to help me?

I was bored :) wrote it in 24min. It’s not great and you might want to revise it…but I know what it’s like to be in school and have everything piling up at once.

The health benefits of yoga extend well beyond the physical. Yoga is often used as a way to relax and de-stress. Many fitness experts have found that yoga can be aid in leveling one’s mood and emotional state. Yoga is no longer just for those hoping to deal with stress and anxiety, it is also a way to deal with anger.

Many individuals hold onto or bottle up the anger that they feel, often not confronting their own feelings. Yoga and yogic theory attempt to diffuse this build up of anger through asanas, pranayama, and meditation. Asanas are the physical positions assumed in yogic exercise and pranayama are the breathing techniques used during the exercise. Used in combination, these techniques help the body to release the build-up of tension and anger. Unlike other exercises, yogic theory explains that this method helps the individual to experience their anger fully and to confront their feelings.

In using these techniques, the individual will learn how to view the situation that inspires anger from an outside perspective. They will be able to remove themselves from their feelings and will be able to question why a situation is making them angry and why a person is acting in a manner that is angering to them. In this way, yogic theory teaches the individual how to confront an angering situation by viewing the situation in a removed state. The individual will be able to better understand the feelings that cause others to become angered and to lash out.

There are several yogic exercises that are listed in the article and that can be used to diffuse built-up anger. The sarvang asana is a shoulder stand that has a variety of health benefits, including the aleve generic name reduction of anger. Ardha dhanurasana, or half bow, involves stretching and deep breathing exercises. The gupta padmasana or hidden lotus pose, appears highly uncomfortable but can actually help to relieve a great deal of stress and tension. The corpse pose or shava-asana allows the individual to completely relax and loosen all of their muscles. The exercises are usually concluded with the standard antar mouna or lotus meditation position. This time of reflection is important to completely review one’s anger after it has been completely released from a quiet and calm state of mind.

There are so many benefits to yoga beyond physical. The article points to one way in which yoga can be used to effect the emotional state. It can provide a release of tension and anger and a reflection of the feelings and causes associated with that tension.

How many impressions do I need to get a good rate of return for an online ad campaign?

I’m thinking of advertising online with various newspaper publications. The purpose of the ads will be to drive traffic to my website where the customer can purchase various health, fitness, and beauty related products. In a separate ad, I’ll advertise a business opportunity for which customers will also be driven to a website. Many of the newspapers have sections for these types of offerings whether in the general classifieds or display ads in their lifestyle magazines.

I want to reach enough interested customers to get a good rate of return. Is asking for a 2% – 5% rate of return asking too much or too little? What would be a good target number of impressions to purchase to get this rate of return?

Please give me good info and if you have supporting information from the internet, please provide it. The best answer will receive 10 points.

I work in online advertising. I think driving people to your website is a good idea 500 mg levaquin the business opportunity dont waste your time or money, there’s so many scam businesss opportunities out ther and on the internet people won’t give it a second look so dont waste time or energy advertising it.

I would recommned advertising on newspaper websites its REALLY CHEAP!!! Sites like Chicago Tribune, Chron.Com, LATimes, etc. You can get 1000 impressions for sometimes 50 cents sometimes more sometimes less dependingon the section etc. Most newspapers have a health and fitness section so that would be a good section for you to advertise in.

As for a 2% to 5% return, not going to happen. You won’t even get close to a 1% return rate, that’s the way online advertising is. When GM and Lexus and companie like this run campaigns with me they’ll do 5 million impressions for thsi exact reason.

I think online advertising is a good idea but also try forums and speciality fitness websites and forums.

so i obviously work out alot, most of it is sprint and ball work but we also run at least 2 miles long distance everyday for a warm up and every friday we run about 3 miles. yet theres girls at my school who NEVER work out and are skinnier then me! it fustrates me so bad. im thick but not fat so im not looking to loose wait i just want to no how to tone my body more (like i want one of those stomches i can happily show off). and suggestions?????

I eat to live and once in a blue moon eat to savor a delectable item like a cheesecake levaquin prescription with my kid. mmmm but mostly I try to eat healthy not just for me but to teach my kiddie good eating habits so she doesn’t struggle later in life with confusion about what is good and what isn’t for her body. The basic of basic fashions are known as those items that everyone needs. Even though your choice of color, fabric, and style is a matter of individuality, you must always consider the basics. Not only is it important to pay attention to your basic wardrobe, your accessories can and often do make your fashion wardrobe complete and unique.

Accessories don’t always have to be expensive. Bargain department stores carry a wealth of inexpensive and attractive selections of costume jewelry, scarves, and belts. Just make sure the items you purchase are in good taste. And remember, quality over quantity is always best. Purchase items that are of good quality in both fabric and design; looks great on you, and is in a style that fits your personality. That garment will last longer and raise your self-esteem.
