To make a continous cd of 16 songs without breaks but the songs are separate tracks, what’s the software?

I currently use Acoustica software, but it creates one long song without separation of tracks. I also want to increase tempo in some songs as well as add sounds to signify the end of a drill. I’m a fitness instructor.

How to reap some packs in the abs?

Hey, y! Community.
Any advice on reaping a sixpack or eightpack?
I’m a student. No budget for any exercising tools or machines. No gym or park anywhere near my neighbourhood. No bodybuilding or fitness club in the school, only martial art of tang soo do, taekwondo, chinese wushu clubs. No budget for any expensive protein intakes too.
Just imagine a poor country with dropping economy rates. I know its tough, but just abilify prescription asking. Any advice? Currently in an association with lots of marching drill.

Just make a schedule, put more of crunches in it. Do run in fresh air and do all the fitness outdoors. You need to sweat a lot to cut the extra flab.

Exercise twice a day minimum for an hour to get best results =)

How to increase my pull ups?

I am training for SWCC. I have Stew Smiths ” The Complete Guide to Navy SEAL Fitness” Book.

I am a former wrestler. I am not TOTALLY out of shape, but not no way up to par with Spec Ops fitness.

I can only do 7 pull ups right now. Minimums are 6. I HATE doing minimum and want surpass it.

My goal for pull ups is 15-20. I do PT pyramids example. 1,2,3,4,5. 5,4,3,2,1. 6order propecia online

Try working out your back, arms (biceps and triceps), shoulders, and chest. Having a strong core is the key to being able to do a lot of pull ups.

Anyone have any diet/fitness plans for me? 10 POINTS!!?

I need to lose some weight, especially around my middle (tummy, lovehandles) and my thighs. I read that Jessica Simpson or somebody lost 20 lbs in 20 days? Anyone know what diet/fitness plan she was on? I want to lose 3-10 lbs by Christmas? But really, I just would like to know what I can do to get rid of my tummy and muffin top. Any diet/fitness plans? Doesn’t matter how intense they are. Thanks!!

I dont want ACURAI BERRY or any of that crap, I want a healthy, clean fit diet/fitness chart, and i would appreciate it if someone would take the time out of their lifes just to make a young fellow like me a chart to keep me healthy? Just to say what I should eat/do for workouts each day.

I’ll say this, I’m great for advice… but horrible at charts my friend :P . But it’s really not as hard as you may think it is, anything that looses weight fast is just water-weight and will be gained back rather fast. All you have to do is watch what you eat a little bit more I wouldn’t go into counting calories or that crap, just use your brain. Keep eating until your full but maybe not “stuffed” and don’t take seconds on dessert, just eat natural healthy green food, salads, fruits, frozen yogurt is always a great treat if you want something sweet along with canned fruit.

im 13 and like 10 lbs overweight and im 5″4 i eat about 2000 calories a day i did not get my growspert yet my physical activity consist of walking through my highschool classes and they are all quite far then i am in marching band play tuba then i get home i eat do hw and i jump rope for 30 mins taking 1 minute break each time then i play bass guitar and do those finger squeeze things and i do 10 suicides back n forth counts as 1 also i do warm ups and cool downs (walking and stretching) so i know its not much but i plan on progressing but am i doing ok for now?

um well maybe eat less calories. i’m 5’9, weigh 122, and play volleyball 12 hours a week and i still eat 200- 800 calories less than u on any given day. just dont choose junk food, and u will probably cut out at least 200 calories a day

Fitness and weight loss help!?

Okay, well i know i am over weight. and at this point im desprete. i need to lose like 50 pounds by june. i have a series of questions that i hope can be answered.
1. do you think its possible to lose 50 pounds by june?
2. what are some good exersizes to do IN an appartment ( not running around the block and no gym equipment or a trainer and WITHOUT going to the gym)
3. what are some foods that are good to eat if i want to lose weight ( without going on a diet )
4. what are some foods that are a MAJOR STAY AWAY FROM?
5. ccan i lose the weight without dieting?
6. how much exersizing should i do?

how much colories should i have a day and how much should i burn a day

1) No, it’s too much for only four months left. 10 lbs per month is ok.
2) Winsor Pilates. Go buy the videos or go on youtube. I got my videos from costco and walmart.
3) Special K cereal and Special snack bars with skim milk. Eat less of regular meals.
4) No carbs…potatoes, rice, bread. No Fast Food!
5) It’ll be faster to lose weight with a diet…however, not necessarily.
6) Pilates, 3x a week or more. The more, the better. Trust me, pilates worked for me. I lost so much weight.

What counts as exercise?

I used to run on the treadmill for 30 minutes 3-4 times a week at an average of 6.5 mph burning approximately 250 calories. But I keep reading articles on how regular activity broken throughout the day is more beneficial than one intense session. So lately, I’ve been walking more, using fitness videos (the Firm) and so on for about 40-60 minutes daily, I’ve also increased my intake of carbs (but not calories), will I gain weight? I’ve noticed a 1 pound increase, but I’m wondering whether that might be from new muscle since I’ve been lifting weights more now.

Stimulating your metabolic rate will make you lose weight. By excersing constantly through out the day it ups your metabolisim. Carb intake increase may make you gain weight if it is bad carbs higher in calories
