Why is this fat not going away?
I’ve been working out vigorously and dieting strictly harsh for the past couple of months. I ride my exercise bike very intense-high intensity cardio sometimes at a moderate pace to throw off my body for shock of fat burning. I only eat spinach and white meat Oscar Meyer Chicken strips and drink water/green tea with no sugar after boiling green tea bags. I do ab workouts, and overall body workouts. I still have stomach flab, I’m no where close to seeing a six pack on my abs. What is wrong. I only eat pretty much no more than 400 calories a day and workout hard almost every day. It’s crazy! I don’t understand it. It’s been 2 months already. I stay away from sugar period. There’s no sugar in anything I eat or drink. What’s up with it still being belly fat around my stomach? I eat like the Men’s Fitness magazine body trainers do. Oh, yeah! I also take Whey Protein and add it to my water, so I get protein on top of the skinless Chicken strips.
It’s that you’re not getting enough calories in your diet. I recognize that this might sound backward. What’s happening, though, is that you’re putting your body in “starvation mode”. Because you’re taking in so few calories, your body believes that you don’t have access to food, and therefore, it must convert every single calorie to fat…it’s storing it up, just ditropan order online in case your small food supply goes away all together. And no, the Men’s Fitness magazine trainers don’t eat like this…you might have read a recipe for ONE of the meals they take in, but trust me, they’ll be the first ones to tell you that you need more than that.
An adult-sized human is going to need no less than about 1200 calories a day. Someone who is working out will need more. Most people can lose weight by reducing their intake to 1500 – 1800 calories a day.

I was wondering has any 1 tried any of the videos on that website and which one is the best for woman? and how many poundswould you lose a week? Is It really worth buying?

They definitely work and they are worth buying as long as you do them consistently. I’ve been using Hip Hop Abs & Rockin Body regularly. In 7-8 weeks, I lost 22 pounds. I’ve also used Turbo Jam, and have tried Power 90, Yoga Booty Ballet, Slim in 6 & I just got 10-Minute Trainer. Rockin Body is my favorite program, because it’s a lot of fun and it doesn’t feel like you’re working out. Hip Hop Abs & Turbo Jam tie for my second favorites. ALL the programs are great, and all are good for discount prescriptions singulair women. Which program would be best for you depends on what you enjoy. If you like to dance, go with Rockin Body or Hip Hop Abs. If you enjoy martial arts, you would love Turbo Jam. If you’re looking for resistance exercises along with cardio, Slim in 6 might be a good choice for you. can you go to 24 Hour Fitness alone if you are only 13?
okay so i want to lose atleast 10lbs, discount diflucan online and i’m starting to eat healthy but i read online that only eating healthy to lose weight will leave flabs….i don’t want flabs……so can anyone tell me if you can go to the 24 Hour Fitness in Pearl Ridge by yourself if you’re only 13 years old? and how much does it cost? ummm…..Pearl Ridge is in Hawaii….
every center is different, so it might be best if you call the one in your area for their specific guidelines..
my daughter is 13 & our gym only allowed her to join with me.. not by herself. they are really strict about unsupervised minors using their equipment

Help lossing baby weight please

Hi there,
I have just had my second baby and found it hard loosing weight after cytotec order overnight having my first child and now that i have had my second i have more weight to loose. I have been doing a 30min cardio work out every day for the last 3 weeks and i just dont seem to be loosing anything.
Could it be my diet? What should i be looking out for in food fat intake or calories. I am really depressed now because i just do not seem to be loosing anything. I do not even feel sexy anymore i just feel like a tummy mummy rather than a yummy mummy.
So tips on exercice and diet would be good and what did you do to loose your baby weight?
I posted this question in diet and fitness but i thought it would be better to post it in pregancy

Hi, hope you will take my advise. cardio is good but not always enough cause it only speeds up metab that is good i guess for burning off calors. So if you really want to get in real good sexy shape WEIGHT TRANING is gonna be your best friend.Warm up for a 10 min walk then hit the weights when your done then do your 20~40 min cardio, cycling is great. once you done doin all that stretch every inch of your body girl do all this atleast 3 times a week.
