I need some examples or ideas? (exercise) whats are yours?)?
On this paper it says
Fitness GOALS *state the fitness (strength, endurance, & flexiblity) goals you plan to accomplish this year:
1.Strength
2.Endurance
3.Flexiblity
Then it says
ACTIVITIES (state the planned activites to accomplish the above goals)
-Strength
-Endurance
-Flexiblity
I cant think of anything, Do you guys have any ideas or examples?
What would your goals be?
Strength is for example, be able to lift yourself up onto a ledge or do a pull up
Endurance Is for example lasting longer in a race of strenous running
Flexibility is for example reaching your toes when you stretch.

For strength building you could do some push ups every 3 days or some pull ups
For endurance you could start to train first with a 5 minute warmup then slow 5 minute jog and then run at a comfortable xenical online prescription pace to your greatest lasting capacity repeated every 3 days then 2 days and then everyday, this would build your lasting endurance
Then for flexibility you could stretch after your endurance running for 10 minutes as a cool down, do various stretching exercises without jerking about and breath slowly with 20 to 40 seconds per stretch
My goals would be to do do push ups while being in a handstand position, (10 pushups)
My endurance goal would be to RUN a 10k race
My stretch goal would be to do a split and to put my head on my knees without much effort, all to acoomplish in 1 year

How long will it take for me to obtain six pack abs?
I am a 16 year old, 5′ 10″ 160 pound Male. I have began to do ab exercises since last week. Such as Crunches/Planks/The Bicycle. I’ve played soccer most of my life so I am not fat. I’m not being impatient, but I would imagine a person of my fitness for my age would take anywhere from a 1-3 months. Please answer my question but put proof behind your logic.
