Would this work? How great is my plan?
I am 35 lbs away from my goal weight of 150. I keep a food journal by using this iPhone app Lose It and I don’t go over a certain caloric intake a day and keep up with how many calories I’m burning when I exercise all using that app. My question for the fitness fanatics or gurus.. Is only doing cardio (increasing my levels and times, etc. on elliptical weekly) until I reach my goal weight and then tone up by lifting weights a good idea? Or should I just go ahead and mix the cardio and weights up now? I am pretty good at enduring long periods on the elliptical, but I kinda don’t like lifting weights much. I do on occasion, the days I’ll go back to the gym in the evening w/hubby.
Exercise..make a chart and run around your house everyday in it or on the outside while drinking water…

-replace coke with water or juice
-replace junk food with fruits and veggies
-use fresh instead of frozen or canned
-eat 1800-2000 calories a day or LESS
-try to get some of your friends to help
-its hard doing it on your own
-exercise by doing something fun like dancing or taking a bike ride
-during tv commercials, do 10 jumping jacks..just 10 each break and
you can loose alot!
-DIETS will not help you loose weight..they will just maintain the weight..they are half of the “Loose Weight Plan”
You have to exercise for the other half..so every time you eat..wait 30 minutes then run or exercise!
-make sure you stick to this plan and you can loose alot of weight in a few months or weeks
-DONT over exercise! take it easy and get used to it the first few weeks..then push your self to do more..
-DO NOT stop eating for good..if you think that not eating will help you loose weight its not..it makes u sick and dizzy..stick with good food! 
-Eat superfood that are good 4 u like Berries! Blueberries strawberries rasberries are GREAT for you
-Also Broccoli and Celery are great 4 u 2! these give you energy and nutrition

does the droid have the same applications as the iphone?
i love verizon and i have a pretty good deal with them (20% discount and alot of in network calling) and as cool as the iphone is i hate at&t service. i get 1 drop call per month on verizon and better reception. in order for me to stay with verizon i have know if the droid phone has as cool apps at the iphone (ei happy hour finder, fitness tracker, yelp, and etc) does any body know why the droid is a cooler phone?
The Android Market has a version of pretty much every app that there is for the iphone, plus you can run more than 1 app at the same time, which iphone cant- better screen, more memory, faster processor, better network.. I mean, come on, you cant even take your battery out of the iphone- FAIL!!

my ipod touch wasent working and the apps are messed now?
kaie soo..recently i was trying to go on my itunes to download some stuff from the app’storee. anyway, i coudnt figure out my password cause i completly forgot it (i know stupid but it happens..) so after i realized and figured out that i had to reset it. and so i did..anywayys! i was on the app store on my ipod touch and then some of my apps(games..fitness stuff etc..) were saying ‘waiting….’ and it was like loading..and then i unplugged my ipod from my computerr and the apps are like frozen. i cant open them? i dont know whats wrong?? it dosent say waiting anymore its just not ‘installed’ but it was before and now they arent? why is that? and also, i cant delete them..cause i wanted to do that and redownload them but they wont delete.
anyone out there know whats wrong with it?

This happens every now and then on a jailbroken device, and I have never seen this happen on a normal Apple Firmware. I found that downloading something new from the app store and letting it install would fix the issue with loading apps that are “frozen”. If you can’t open anything, power your device off and then plug it in to your computer via the sync cable while it is still powered off. Let it do it’s usual thing, and when it boots back up, unlock your Ipod and try what I said again. If that doesn’t work…then try restoring your Ipod to a recent backup via Itunes. Good luck!
