How long will it take for me to obtain six pack abs?
I am a 16 year old, 5′ 10″ 160 pound Male. I have began to do ab exercises since last week. Such as Crunches/Planks/The Bicycle. I’ve played soccer most of my life so I am not fat. I’m not being impatient, but I would imagine a person of my fitness for my age would take anywhere from a 1-3 months. Please answer my question but put proof behind your logic.

is anyone not working and feeling helpless? 30 weeks pregnant?
i left work 3 weeks ago, i first just kept tidying the house all the time, sorting out photos an paperwork etc but now all that done im starting to feel lazy, i sleep in till 10.30 get up and watch pregnancy programmes and then spend the rest of the time on computer or watching tv. it doesnt help i have 20 mg prednisone no money so i dont want to go out because ill end up spending money i havent got, the weather has been awful so i cant go for walks or work on the garden, and its getting to the stage where im finding it extremly difficullt to motivate myself. i try and do a fitness video every couple of days which is making me feel better, but i got another 10 weeks of this. is there anyone else feeling the same as me and feeling as though your stuck in a rut? im feeling so lazy but the thought of doing anything makes me feel like i cant be bothered. please help!
You’re not alone! I’m 31 weeks now. I’m so exhausted I don’t want to get up and do housework, but I feel really lazy not doing anything. Can you find a project to work on? I’ve been knitting a few things for the baby. It makes me feel like I’m doing something, but it’s not strenuous. Try to find something enjoyable to work on to keep yourself busy.
Don’t feel bad for taking this time to rest, though, you’ll need your energy soon enough!
