what is the cause of this problem?
I go to a gym at LA Fitness. They have a basketball court there. I usually play almost everyday. However, their light bulbs are too bright. Evertime the light reflects my eyes, or when I usally look up to shoot, it feels like camera just flashed right in front of me, and my eyes hurts.. little dizzy and kind of hallucinating, i think.. seeing little purple colors.. However I think no one is complaining.. everyone is okay with playing there… I played at the other gym but I did not have the symptoms because the lights were not too bright over there. it was normal.. what is the the cause of little dizzyness under really bright light? it feels like something is wrong with my rectena..
There is nothing wrong with you. I have the same problem when lamictal switch generic staring into bright lights. Well, i don’t purposely stare into bright lights, but you catch my drift.
Some b-ball players wear sports goggles for that reason. You should see if you could get ones with a presciption from your eye doctor. Also, the sweat might be getting in your eyes. so, its a combo of both. Trust me I know what I’m not talking about.

If you only have imitrex sale online a limited time at the gym, which muscle-building machines should you use?
Fitness instructors have designed plans for me where the amount of machines take over an hour to complete! I don’t have all day. I do 30 minutes of cardio. In addition, which basic machines (legs, arms, abs, etc.), will give you the most bang for your buck? I’m willing to spend 30 minutes working on muscle. Thanks!
My suggestion would be to alternate workouts on different days instead of trying to cram everything into one day. For example workout your chest and triceps one day, and then do back and biceps the next, etc. That should help save some time and also helps to aviod just concentrating on a few exercies. You don’t want only some muscles to become developed while others are not.
