Help me find an anime/cartoon of my youth?
Around 10 years ago I was glued to the TV screen each morning before school watching an anime series. I would love to see it again but have forgotten its name and am hazy about a few major details. Here is what I remember the main characters fought each other in battle suits. The physical fitness of the character affected the battle suit performance. Some characters were boosting their physcical abilities to win a war even though that would mean their eventual death. One battlesuit got thrown off a spaceship in earth orbit and yet the character survived. I remember a battlesuit releasing a spider upon its destruction only for the spider to be crushed under foot by another battlesuit. At one point the main characters find a nightclub operating at night so as to attract the enemies into a trap. Fitness level- bleep test?
im 13 year old boy and have done the bleep test 5 times- 8.5 10.1 11.6, then they expanded the course, 11.1, 9.3, on the last time i had a busted knee and could have kept going for a bit longer if the sexist girls P.E teacher didn’t pull me out. i still got 3rd highest in the class and i am one of the best in the year at running. however was that last score good. some people slower than me got 10.5 in other classes. to test my fitness i went for a 2 mile run and did it in 18 minutes. was that good. how many times should i do that a week to get back to full fitness
I’m not sure about the times – never done a bleep test before. You have improved since the first one so that is good for you.
Are you trying to get back to a fitness level you had before you busted you knee or are you trying to improve a fitness level?
To get back to fitness it takes about as long as you were injured for if you do what you were doing before (being out of action for 2 weeks will take about 2 weeks to recover from), so that’s one answer – keep exercising for as long as your injury lasted and you should be back to fitness.
If you are just wanting to improve your fitness level then that’s a never ending task – you can always run a little faster, further, more up hill …. whatever you are working on.
To improve for a bleep test – if you really want to – then a couple of 2 mile runs a week will be good, though you could make them 3 1/2 mile runs (or about half hour), and that would be better. In between these longer runs you can do some sprint training – find a track and do 100m to 200m sprints, or down the road and sprint between lamp posts, walk between the next 2 then sprint again.
You press ups will help as will about half as many sit ups

Windows XP folders suddenly disappear?
I am using Windows XP Pro SP2 (Chinese).Recently, my folders suddenly started disappearing when i click “Back” and then “forward” again.For example, I have D:\MP3\Male\John\ folder, when i click “back”, it goes to D:\MP3\Male, and the John folder is nowhere to be seen. I am very sure these folders are not “hidden”. However, when i type D:\MP3\Male\John\ in the address bar, the John folder is still there and all the files inside can be used.
Because my mp3s are stored in the partition D:\ and my windows is installed in partition C:\, I reformatted C:\ and reinstalled windows. The “John” folder still doesn’t appear.
Thinking that it could be a hdd problem, i used 6lowest propecia price the Hitachi Drive Fitness Test software to scan thorougly the HDD and no error was found. Using the same program, i erased the whole HDD, re-installed windows, and copied the mp3s from a from a backup hdd. It worked well initially and after a while, folders start to disappear again!!!
Anyone can help?
After looking around on the web, I found one article entitled “Folders disappear if they have invalid filename characters” relating to XP. Have you tried renaming your folders and be sure not to use any special characters such as the slash key? I don’t know if this will help but thought it was worth mentioning. Good luck!

Does your organisation require their employees to wear RPE? RPE stands for Respiratory Protective Equipment. Where RPE is used to control exposure, the employer must ensure that the correct type of equipment is selected and supplied and that the wearer has been trained to use it effectively. If tight fitting RPE is used then a good seal between the wearers face and the facepiece generic ultram picture is crucial to achieve the claimed protection. The COSHH ACoP recognises the importance of a good seal with tight fitting RPE and requires that a fit test be performed to test the seal and to ensure that the wearer has the correct device.
These tests should be carried out on all employees who wear RPE. Repeat tests should be carried out if they:
• lose or gain weight
• grow facial hair
• develop significant changes in the facial area round the seal of the RPE
• change the type/brand of RPE
South Ayrshire Council is one of may organisations which have realised that in order to meet the statutory obligations for Respiratory Protective Equipment (RPE) Face Fit Testing they must develop a tailor made testing program. South Ayrshire Council has a large number of RPE wearers (with a diverse range of RPE types) and needs a quick, cost effective solution to enable them to comply with their statutory duties under COSHH 2002.
As the needs of every organisation are unique South Ayrshire Council choose to develop a bespoke program. This program included training up selected supervisors to train and prepare their workforce. Supervisors were provided with “Tool box talk” type training material to assist with the delivery of this information to their staff. This is then followed up by a rigorous program of face fit testing carried out by Albion Environmental Ltd.
This system has saved the council money and reduced the number of failures during testing.
