Anyone have any diet/fitness plans for me? 10 POINTS!!?
I need to lose some weight, especially around my middle (tummy, lovehandles) and my thighs. I read that Jessica Simpson or somebody lost 20 lbs in 20 days? Anyone know what diet/fitness plan she was on? I want to lose 3-10 lbs by Christmas? But really, I just would like to know what I can do to get rid of my tummy and muffin top. Any diet/fitness plans? Doesn’t matter how intense they are. Thanks!!

# dont set watch TV or computer more than 2 hours stay active.
# Be aware when you eating dont eat front TV, Eat when you are hungry & eat slowly

# Eat when you are hungry & eat slowly, chew more!
# Reduce portions by using smaller plates & bowls (9 inch diameter instead of 11+ inch)
# Eat 9 handfuls of vegetables more than fruits each day also eat 1 small handful nuts
# you have to learn about calories you should take, look & learn label on sodium,sugar,fat,carb,calorie and read ingredients
# Avoid trans fat in label (Avoid partially hydrogenated oils,Shortening, palm kernel oil and coconut oil) and saturated fats at all cost
# Avoid white food such as enriched wheat flour/white flour (white bread and rice, potatoes,white starches – white pasta, crackers, cakes,donuts,pizza ,and simple sugar, including high fructose corn syrup. Sugar, sugar, sugar. The #1 killer for trying to lose belly fat, get a 6 pack, or achieving that flat, tight, sexy stomach. Avoid high fat foods (butter,margarine, cheese, milk ) go for low fat
try to avoid processed or refined carbohydrates
# Drink one or two glasses of water before a meal to help fill you stomach with fewer food calories

I am starting hip hop or jazz and ballet 4 times a week.I am on the treadmill for 30 minutes everyday ,I do a LOT of lunges and squats everyday,I do jump 300 times with a jump rope everyday,and I am on the exercise ball doing 5 different types of stomach exercises 50-100 times.

Why do outdoors, full-body workouts seem so much more effective than what can be done in a cramped gym?
My 25 mg paxil Planet Fitness is pretty tightly packed, but I use it over the winter as I can’t exercise outdoors due to cold-induced asthma. But, even though I log a lot of miles on the treadmill and use all the weights, it’s not nearly as good as what I can do at the local running track, that has a bunch of pullup, pushup, etc. bars and such. Why can’t a gym just have that type stuff as opposed to lots of machines?
I’m not a fan of gyms because it seems you spend a lot of time standing around waiting for weights or machines. I have a membership at my local rec center ($60/year) plus I do a lot of running outside. There’s no one really watching you and the fresh air is great. Another suggestion is a cross-fit gym. They will work you over in 15 minutes and you’ll be feeling it for days. They focus on using several muscle groups (push ups, weighted sprints, lunges, air aquats, burpees) so there’s less risks of tears and injuries, as opposed to doing 3 sets of 12 bicep curls.

Do you have to take the physical fitness test before or during the Philadelphia police academy?
I took the philadelphia police test, and wanted to know do you take the physical fitness test before the academy or during the philadelphia police academy? Also what would they do if you are underweight?
Major 200 mg prometrium departments all require some type of fitness test before they make a hiring decision. Then during the academy they continue the PT.
Underweight shouldn’t matter so long as you meet the minimum fitness standards.

Can you help me get in shape to run 4 miles in Febuary?!?
I am a freshman in high school, and completely out of shape. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I scored “good” and “excellent” on all of the fitness tests in gym class,(the tests are one a five point scale from poor to excellent) but as an athlete, im seriously behind.
I am starting a new sport, women’s lacrosse. For the first day of practice, we are running 4 miles! It’s mid February, btw.
I can run like a half a mile to a mile right now. We have to run 4 in under 40 mins. How should I train for this? CRAP!
Run a half a mile every other day for a week, then every week after that keep increasing the distance. Your body will get used to it and will be in shape for February. You should also eat healthy foods. Just remember that it WILL PAY OFF in February. Good luck(:
