Has anyone tried zumba fitness??
Does it really work and help one loose weight and TONE?
I’ve been doing Zumba since April and have found that it really does tone my muscles in my legs and now seems to be doing such in my abs. I only go 2x a week because of hectic schedule, but if I could do it more, I’m sure that I’d see results faster.

What do you know about the Xpose fitness pole?
I’m considering buying the Xpose pole because it’s completely removable, seems sturdy, and they’re having a 25% off sale. However, I can’t find ANY reviews online about it.

Hip Hop Dance Workout Class?
I work out at 24 hour fitness and they offer a Hip Hop Dance class as a workout. I have always been curious to take it but don’t really know what to expect or if I would even enjoy it.
Has anyone ever taken a similar class? And what was your opinion buy cheap Confido online on it?
I haven’t been but it is probably more fun than normal workouts. You have music and you start moving heaps and you get all those endorphins. I’d love to go to one – so much fun I reckon. =)

Any body know…?
if there are any places to be trained to start boxing in Sacramento, CA? I have looked into Ultimate Fitness which teaches boxing and MMA but I am a little low on funds and don’t know how much they cost.
I like Ultimate Fitness pro, I met Uriah Faber there and I plan to join there soon. It’s on I street in downtown. The gym is about 140 per month/ 12 month contract/ and 100-200 initiation fee. There’s a great boxing coach there too, along with UFC studs; James Irin and Scott “Hands of Steel”
I observed a class too and everyone in there was way cool but also serious about learning. Check it out. I’ll see you there!
I’m a little low on funds too, but for the kind of coaching you’re getting, you get what you pay for sometimes.

What kind of insurance do I need for a infant toddler parent/child mommy and me activity class?
I am looking to open up a play space indoors for parents and their children under four. There will be music, songs, story telling and I want to use soft play equipment like Gymboree. It’s basically a preschool environment (but parents come with their kids to do fun stuff). It is not a day care. I really don’t know what type of insurance I need in California. Day care insurance? General liability insurance? I need some help. The classes will be held is basically 10 to 15 hours per week and I’m renting a dance studio in a fitness center for 2 to 3 hours a day. Please help
