In my school its 50 push ups for excellent 40 for good 30 for average and 20 and below poor.average pull ups is probably 2-4 .the standard number of sit ups for kids is probably 20-40.

Best Wii Fitness Games? 10 pts!?
Do you have an opinion on the best Wii fitness game? I already have the basic Wii Fit, but I’m looking to get another. I’m between Biggest Loser, EA Sports Active, EA Sports Active Plus Workouts, Wii Fit Plus, or Jillian Michaels 2010. Which is best for intensity, fun, challenging, zelnorm prices etc? Thanks! 
EA sports active at least comes with a resistance strap so I feel like I’m getting more of a workout. With Jillian Michaels you have to like having her yell at you constantly, that’s kind of how she is. Biggest loser I haven’t really touched even though I have it.
Since I’m a guy I think EA Active is the most ‘manly’ game of the bunch and it makes me sweat a lot so that’s what I like that best, but I haven’t tried wii fit or wii fit plus so I can’t comment on those. However, a study did say that wii sports will burn more calories than wii fit.

Am I competitive for the US Air Force Academy?
I’m a senior taking the hardest classes possible at my school (8 APs and 4 Dual Enrollments and the rest honors (if I had a choice). I have a 4.2 weighted GPA with a 31 composite ACT score (34 English, 30 Math, 31 Reading, 29 Science). I’ve been captain of the varsity golf team for two years, and have also done indoor track and soccer. I am in science honor society and national honor society. Do I stand a good chance for appointment?
