do i need walking trousers to walk for 2 hours a day?
For the past 6 months i’ve been walking to and from work, 30 mins each way – in my work trousers….and the underneath section has been torn and laddered to shreds (where my mighty theighs meet lol). I’ve just started a new job and the walk is about an hour each way, so for fitness, i’d like to walk most days.
now my question is, do i just buy some cheap-ass charity shop trousers to walk in and see how they cope, or should i buy specific walking trousers and jus change when i get to work?
if so, what trousers would be best?

Hi I would probably get some Lycra trousers, or some good quality joggers to walk to work in, and change when you get there… After a little while your mighty thigh’s will be smaller and work trousers may be an option ;O)
